Paul P. Pacchiana, Esq., brings over 50 years of experience practicing law in multiple areas, providing him with a broad range of both knowledge and wisdom. With over 20 years of that experience in Florida, he’s deeply familiar with the Sunshine State’s laws, many of which are unlike anywhere else in the United States, particularly regarding real estate, homestead and probate law, and estate planning. He is a member in good standing with the Collier County Bar Association and Florida Bar Association, and also maintains his membership with the New York Bar Association, where he began and established his law career. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 1971 and with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1968.

Paul was born the youngest of three boys and raised in New Rochelle, New York. His father owned a construction company, eventually involving all three of his sons. Paul served as the company’s attorney once he received his law degree. He raised four daughters in the suburbs of New York City. In 2001, he moved to Naples, Florida, where he established his law practice and has been practicing in Southwest Florida ever since. His current areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, and probate.
